Anorgasmia / Inorgasmia
- Inability to reach orgasm,
or orgasm delayed by 30 minutes or more.

Different-sex relationship

Dildo
- A penis-shaped object used by many women to masturbate.
Men also use it to stimulate the prostate via the anus which may have some health benefits
and can lead to stronger orgasms.
Ejaculation
- The expulsion of semen through the penis, generally at the point of orgasm, is separate from orgasm.
You can have orgasms without ejaculations, like during wet foreplay.
It depends how skillful you can use your
PC muscle.
Age, genetic features, and other factors can affect the volume and distance of ejaculation. In general, younger males tend to have more forceful ejaculations, while the average volume of ejaculate is roughly 2–5 cubic centimeters, 2–5 milliliters (ml) of semen, which is up to the volume of a teaspoon.
The volume you ejaculate can affect how far it travels. Larger volumes may also create the illusion that ejaculate travels further than it does. Factors such as strengthening the pelvic floor, increasing the time between ejaculations, and engaging in moderate exercise can lead to larger volumes of ejaculate.
You can ejaculate again as soon as you can feel arousal after sex or masturbation. So, the main factor that determines how often you can ejaculate is how quickly you regain interest in sex after your orgasm.
Some men can also ejaculate more than once in a few minutes. Others may be able to ejaculate multiple times in a single session after some rest. During a marathon masturbation or sex session, you may be able to ejaculate more. However, you should stop if you begin to experience pain. When you ejaculate multiple times in a short period, your ejaculate volume may decrease.

Frot (slang for frottage; ult. from the French verb "frotter", "to rub") is a non-penetrative form of male-on-male sexual activity that usually involves direct penis-to-penis contact. The term was popularized by gay male activists who disparaged the practice of anal sex, but has since evolved to encompass a variety of preferences, including wet clothes. Owing to its non-penetrative character, Frot has the safe sex advantage of minimizing the transmission risk for HIV/AIDS.
