Do this every day for optimum health. If you were my son and I saw you wanking I would be very happy and reward you with a 6-pack of such nylon shorts and matching nylon sports shirts to wear in the bath or shower for your daily exercise.
That way I could monitor your health. As long as there is wet sports kit drip drying in the shower every day, I would know you feel alright.
