Hi Wetchas, it did feel very nice standing the mud like that, Dave and I have got that involved before a couple of times but always just in wet jeans in bed or under the shower. I don’t know for a fact that Tony and Sam have done similar but from hints they’ve dropped, I am pretty sure they have.
I see you believe in the old jokes being the best! That is the sort of risqué joke my uncles tell to try and make us youngsters blush!
They are not interested in vintage machinery, the bigger and newer the better. The farm has been looking at a new combine and the two of them were on the brink of creaming themselves when it turned up for a demo last summer. It was huge and all sat nav guided down to the nearest foot but also several hundred grand to buy!
My uncles are members of the local Farmers group and Tony, Sam and I will probably join the Young Farmers when we leave school. The three of us did take turns in a dunk tank when we were younger at a summer fair they had but the rules said swimwear and tees only, no jeans etc, so that was a bit disappointing. We have watched a tug of war over a wet mud patch by the young farmers which was fun seeing them getting really muddy over a best of three competition. Most of them were wearing overalls but still looked good soaked and covered in mud.
